I will undertake your web design project from start to finish – giving you a totally one-stop service.

From securing a domain, setting up hosting, creating a design, building the site, and adding your initial content I can take care of the entire project, from end-to-end.

How much will it cost?

Counting money. That entirely depends on the size and scope of the project.

Lots people offer website design and build services, some of them very cheaply.

I don’t compete with those, because I focus on delivering a quality site – one that’s well structured, well coded, optimised for the search engines and fast loading.

I now build all websites on the WordPress platform. This ensures you will have a website that is:

Because I know WordPress very well, I’m able to build in additional security features that will strengthen your site against hackers.

I also optimise WordPress to greatly speed up page load times – an important factor in the user experience of your site as well as how it performs in the search results.

In addition to that, and subject to a separate agreement, I offer an ongoing site maintenance, upgrading and support service. As part of this I will:

  • At a minimum, create weekly backups of your entire site, and daily database backups if your site is updated frequently
  • Create full site backups before and after making any changes to site structure
  • Fully restore your site within 24 hours if it’s hacked or otherwise damaged. (Despite the extra security I build in, no one can ever guarantee your site won’t be hacked).
  • Ensure that all WordPress core code and plugins (supplementary applications) are updated promptly and, in any case, within 48 hours of being available.
  • Monitor the search engines’ view of your site on a daily basis and deal with any problems that arise.
  • Monitor the front end of your site on a daily basis and deal with any problems that arise, ensuring that it’s running smoothly and quickly at all times.
  • Set up and manage your company’s email accounts
