I'm a senior, experienced and successful executive in the corporate world who now runs my own Internet Marketing business and website services consultancy.

In the Corporate world, my background is Customer Service Management and Billing & Credit Operations in Consumer Financial Services (American Express, JP Morgan, London International Stock Exchange) and Telecommunications (Hutchison, Vodafone, PCCW).

I worked with the Dale Carnegie Training organisation in the UK and qualified as a Management Seminar instructor.

I successfully managed the establishment of new customer management operations for mobile telecoms start ups in both the UK (Orange) and Asia (SUNDAY).

With 6 years of International Consultancy experience, including 4 years of General Management and Regional Business Development throughout Asia, I'm very familiar with the challenges faced by businesses of all types.

During this period as a consultant I completed successful international consultancy assignments for clients in many countries in Europe and Asia, as well as the UK and US.

Having grown up in Africa, lived in the UK for 15 years, in Asia for more than 12 years and worked in, or completed projects in, 22 countries around the world, I have strong international/multi-cultural experience and skills.

I now run my own Internet Marketing business and website services consultancy. In this I am focused on:

  1. Helping small offline businesses gain an effective web presence
  2. Helping larger businesses develop an effective, web-based customer self care system.

Effective web based customer self care systems enable companies to greatly reduce their unit cost of supporting customers while providing a much better customer experience.

With regard to marketing online, I'm particularly interested in the development of Web 2.0 and using Social Marketing techniques (blogs, forums, social networking, bookmarking and other emerging promotional channels), linked with RSS, and other emerging technologies, to promote online businesses and websites.

I also successfully run PPC campaigns (focusing on Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing), email marketing campaigns, and paid & free advertising campaigns on the Internet.
